- Choose the fillable form that you would like to use by clicking on that form. Upon clicking on the form, Adobe Acrobat Reader will download that form to your computer.
- Once the form is displayed, you may click on any of the blank lines where text is usually typed. The cursor will then appear in that blank line. You may now type the desired text. When the text for that blank has been completed, press the TAB key to move to the next fillable field.
- Once all of the desired fields have been completed, you may print the form or save the form to your computer.
