  Mr. Munaretto is a 37 year career real estate professional with extensive national development, redevelopment, leasing, financing and management experience. Mr. Munaretto is the principal shareholder in a real estate services and development company located in McHenry, IL that assists corporations in creating solutions around their business space needs. He also develops, on a build to suit or speculative basis, industrial, retail, office and hospitality real estate in the 9 county Chicago MSA. Mr. Munaretto has extensive experience in the redevelopment of retail and office properties and he has provided services to many of the nation's prominent banks and life insurance companies during the S & L crisis of the early 1990's.
