The McHenry County Department of Health is seeking qualified candidates for a part time Public Health Nurse for their health program.  This position will in multiple health programs which includes well child, immunizations and family health.

• B.S.N. or Registered Nurse

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Responsibilities include:

• Providing nursing assessment and developmental screening to children.
• Assess immunization records and administer immunizations to children and adults.
• Providing education and quality nursing care during Family Health Clinics; and
• Responsible for some day-to-day operation of clinics and travel to offsite clinics as assigned.
